6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees as described in your plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

PitchView AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
